WHY RICH MOLL PHOTOGRAPHY?
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- How do I get started?
-
The best way to get started is to fill out the Contact Me form below. Let me know a little about what kind of photography you need, when, where and a brief description of what your expectations are of the photo session’s final work.
- Where are you located?
-
I’ve lived in Maple Grove, MN since the 1990’s. Since almost all my work is done on-location for my customers I don’t use a dedicated studio location. My home works as the designated meeting place for customers or as a quick photo studio when needed.
- When is a good time to meet?
-
I’m available 7-days a week and have flexible hours to meet the needs of my customers. Photo work is a work-when-needed kind of job, so the days can be long and late. I do my best to accommodate my customer’s availability.
- How do I prepare for my photo session?
-
Choose clothing that you feel comfortable wearing. You want to look natural and confident. If getting a haircut, don’t get it cut the day before; give your hair time to look like it didn’t just get cut. Makeup artists are fantastic, places like Ulta can get your makeup and hair all set on your photo session day, or I can provide a personal makeup artist on the day of our session. Bring appropriate props, hat, sunglasses, sports equipment, pet, etc. Props can add a spark or extra interest to your pictures.
- Where do I find ideas for my senior photo session?
-
The internet is full of picture ideas for senior photo sessions. Pinterest is a great place to start by searching “senior pictures”. Did you like pictures your friends made? Do you have a hobby or special interests that you would like to showcase in your pictures? Mountain biking, skiing, skateboarding, wakeboarding, fishing, hunting, sports, etc., all of these can make for great photo interest.
- Do people still get their pictures printed?
-
Getting your favorite pictures printed is still the best way to safeguard your precious memories. Prints, if cared for, will last 100 years or more – a digital file probably not. There are so many great print options from your typical print, framed prints, prints on canvas, prints on metal, picture albums, collages, prints on pillows, coasters, magnets and much more. But if you still want your pictures as a digital file, that can be done, too.
